How can I update my shipping address?

To change your shipping address:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Navigate to the Auto-ship tab.

  3. Click the Edit button.

  4. Click into the Shipping Address fields to make any needed updates.

  5. Click the Save All button.

Please Note:

  • The "Edit Address" feature unavailable for 24 hours after an order has processed.

  • Address changes must be made before the auto-ship order is processed. If the address is not changed in time, we will be happy to help set up another order to your new address, but are unable to offer a refund or discount.
