How can I update my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, sign into your account.

Under the "Auto-ship" tab, 

• Click the "Edit " button.

• Click into the Shipping Address fields to make any needed updates.
• Click the "Save All" button.

NOTE:

• The "Edit Address" feature is not available for 24 hours after an order has processed on the account. Please contact support@kittypooclub.com for assistance.
• Please note: If you need to change your address, you must do so before your auto-ship order is processed. If you do not change your address in time, we will be happy to help set up another order to your new address, but are unable to offer a refund or discount.
