My shipment never arrived! What do I do?
Within your shipping confirmation email, there is a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your package. FedEx and the USPS provide updated status information on the shipment every time they scan your package.
If your package has been scanned as "delivered", and you still do not have it, we recommend:
- Checking all entrances to your home
- Checking with nearby neighbors to see if it may have been delivered to them by mistake
