How high is the entrance to the box?

When your litter box arrives, the front wall will be 10 inches high. We recommend keeping it at this height if your cat is comfortable jumping in and out, as the higher wall helps to significantly reduce litter tracking.

If your cat has difficulty with that height, you can remove the perforated tear-away section, which lowers the front wall to 5.25 inches for easier access.
