How can I cancel my auto-ship?
While we would be sad to see you go, you can cancel your membership at any time without any fees.
Log into your account, and click Manage Subscriptions.
- Next, click Edit My Auto-ship.
- Scroll down the page to see the options to Pause or Cancel Auto-ship.
Follow the steps until your auto-ship displays as Canceled.
According to our Terms of Service, all reward points are expired upon cancellation.
