How can I cancel my auto-ship?

While we would be sad to see you go, you can cancel your membership at any time without any fees.

  1. Log into your Account.
  2. Click Manage Auto-ship.
  3. Click Cancel Auto-ship.

  4. Follow the steps until your auto-ship displays as Canceled.

According to our Terms of Service, all reward points are expired upon cancellation.
