How do I sign up?

We would love to serve you and your cat, so we've made it easy to sign up!

Just click Get started (in the menu) OR one of the teal buttons on our homepage, then follow the prompts to:

Select how many cats you have (to determine how many boxes you need)
Select the box size that will be best for your cat(s)
Select which of our premium litters you would like to try
Add optional accessories (mat, scoop, or dome)
Proceed to Checkout

Once your order is submitted, your membership begins! Your package will leave our facility within 1-2 days, and we will send an email with your tracking information.

Another email will be sent 3 days before your auto-ship renews, to give you time to make any changes, like:

Add more products
Change your litter type
Update your address
