How can I change order frequency?

We offer flexible 'order frequency' options tailored to meet your cat's needs.

While the default setting is 'every 4 weeks,' many of our customers opt for deliveries every 3 weeks, or even every 2 weeks, based on their preference.

To customize your delivery frequency:

1. Log into your account.
2. Navigate to the Auto-ship tab.

3. Click on the Edit button to make your adjustments.

   

4. Click the arrow for a drop-down, to see the different options, and make your selection.

   

5. Confirm that your next order date is set to your preference, and adjust if needed.

   

6. Click Save All to confirm your selection.
