How can I change order frequency?

We offer flexible order frequency options, tailored to meet your specific needs.

While the default setting is every 4 weeks, many of our customers opt for deliveries every 3 weeks, or even every 2 weeks, based on the needs of their cat(s).

To customize your delivery frequency:

1. Log into your account.

2. Click Manage Subscriptions.

   

   
   

3. Click on the Edit My Auto-ship button.

   

   
   

4. Click the Edit button to see the different options, make your selection, then click Confirm.

   

   
   

5. Select your preferred frequency and confirm that your next order date is set to your preference.
