What should I do if my package wasn't delivered?

In your shipping confirmation email, you'll find a tracking number.

You can use this number to track your package with FedEx or USPS, where updates are visible each time your package is scanned.

If your package is marked as "delivered" but hasn't arrived, we suggest the following steps:

  • Check all entrances to your home.
  • Inquire with neighbors in case the package was mistakenly delivered to them.

Refunds will not be issued if our shipping provider scanned the package as "delivered" more than 30 days ago. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
