How do I change my auto-ship?

Changing your auto-ship is simple!

We offer 2 different box sizes and 6 different litter types so that you can find the perfect match for your cat. If your cat doesn't take to the first choice, we encourage you to explore one of our other options.

1. Log into your Account.

2. Click Manage Auto-Ship.

   

3. Click Edit, then use the drop-down arrows under Switch Your Product to update your preferences.

   

4. Click Update to confirm your selection.
