Can I cancel my order?

The best way to make sure your orders are placed when you need them is to manage the "Order Date" in your account.

If an order has a tracking number, it can no longer be cancelled. (Click here to see our Return Policy.)

If you have received an email that your order has processed and your credit card or PayPal account has been charged, but you have not yet received email confirmation that your order has shipped, please contact our Customer Support Team right away. (We will do our best to cancel it, but there is no guarantee.)
