What if I need to cancel my order?

To ensure your orders arrive exactly when needed, simply click to "Re-schedule" on your auto-ship, and choose your preferred date when the calendar pops up.

We need 24 hours prior notice to cancel or change an order.

Once you receive a confirmation email indicating your order has been processed and payment has been taken from your credit card or PayPal account, your order moves to fulfillment status and can no longer be canceled.
