How can I cancel my next order?
To cancel or adjust your next order, log into your account and go to your auto-ship. From there, you have the option to skip a shipment or re-schedule to choose a new date when the calendar pops up.

We need 24 hours prior notice to cancel or change an order.
Once you receive a confirmation email indicating your order has been processed and payment has been taken from your credit card or PayPal account, your order moves to fulfillment status and can no longer be canceled.
