What if I need to cancel my order?
To ensure your orders arrive exactly when needed, simply adjust the "Order Date" in your account.
Once you receive a confirmation email indicating your order has been processed and payment has been taken from your credit card or PayPal account, your order moves to fulfillment status and it can no longer be cancelled.
