How can I pause my account?

If you need to pause your orders temporarily, you can  change your next scheduled order date by 1, 2, or 3+ months. Whatever works best for you, works best for us! 

• First, sign into your account.
• Under the "Auto-ship" tab, click the "Edit" button.
• Click the "Calendar" icon to choose the date you prefer.
• Click the "Save All" button.

You can also adjust your order frequency, if you would like to add more space between when orders arrive.
