With our money-back guarantee, you can try our litter box risk-free!

If you’re not satisfied and choose to cancel, a refund is available within 30 days of delivery of your first order. The refund is limited to one litter box and one bag of litter. Just send us a message and we’ll be happy to help set that up for you.

We are happy to issue refunds on other unused items, if they are returned to us.

• Shipping fees on returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Disputes cannot be made if our shipping provider scanned the package as "delivered" more than 30 days ago.

Refunds will not be issued for any orders placed more than 60 days ago.
